SHIPPING INFORMATION DURING COVID-19
Our warehouse is being run in isolation to keep us and our customers safe, all goods are packed hygienically and deliveries are contactless. We are running a lean operation however orders are being processed and dispatched Monday-Friday and we endeavour to get orders out the door within 1-2 working days.
NZ Post is currently experiencing a high volume of deliveries, we ask that you are patient with our Courier companies as they are doing their very best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Tracking updates may also take longer than usual to update, including the initial scan into the courier systems.

DELIVERIES
Please allow 7-10 working days for your order to be processed and shipped.
NZ DELIVERIES
- $10 Flat Rate shipping in NZ (included at checkout)
- Processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days
- Delivery within 1-3 working days from pickup
- Rural deliveries add an extra day
- Weekends excluded
- Public Holidays excluded
- $30 Flat Rate shipping to Australia (included at checkout)
- $45 Flat Rate shipping to Pacific (included at checkout)
- $50 Flat Rate shipping to the rest of the world (included at checkout)
- All parcels are Signature Required with Track and Trace
- Weekends excluded
- Public Holidays excluded
The Palace is not responsible for any extra charges, duties or taxes incurred at the receivers end. This can vary depending on the country, please contact your local Customs office if you are unsure if your parcel will incurr these fees.
Also note some international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond the expected delivery times we have listed above, The Palace Dance Studio is not responsible for these delays.
If your parcel is returned to us as a result of any of the reasons listed below, we can either refund your order less the shipping fee paid or resend the order so long as you pay an additional shipping fee:
- You entered your address incorrectly at the time of purchase
- You provided an address where there was no one to sign for the parcel
We suggest when you receive your tracking details, to give NZ Post a call if you are in doubt 0800 73 63 53.
EMAIL UPDATES
You will receive the following emails as your order is being processed so you know where your parcel is and when you can expect to see it!
- Your order is being processed
- Your order has been picked up by our courier
- Your order is out for delivery
- Your order has been delivered
We use Courier Post to ship local orders and NZ Post to ship international orders, once you receive your tracking information you can contact either of these carriers directly via the contact details below:
