All exchanges must first be organised via email at warehouse@ studio23.co.nz as some exclusions apply.
We can provide a exchange for item(s) provided the following conditions are met:

We can provide a exchange for item(s) provided the following conditions are met:
- Item(s) must be accompanied by the relevant sales receipt and paperwork.
- Item(s) must be in saleable condition with swing tags attached
- Item(s) are returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Item(s) were not sale/discounted.
- Item(s) were not a Special Release
- Any return delivery fees are at the customers expense.
- As The Palace is not liable for the loss of an item being returned to us we recommend that you return it only using a COURIER - SIGNATURE REQUIRED service and retain the shipping details/tracking number of your item.
- The Palace reserves the right to refuse any return where it is deemed the item(s) does not match the above return conditions.

Refunds are processed onto the original card payment was made from or if the item(s) were paid via bank transfer, we will ask you for a bank account number.
